1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern the provision of web development services by Mystic Realm Studio. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2. Services Provided Mystic Realm Studio offers the following services depending on the selected package (Starter Realm, Growth Realm, Pro Realm, or Realm Guardian):
- Website design and development
- Branding and logo creation
- SEO setup and optimization
- E-commerce integration (where applicable)
- Security measures and audits
- Website hosting and business email setup
- Ongoing support and maintenance (level based on package)
3. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable £100 deposit is required to secure the project and initiate work.
- The remaining balance can be paid in agreed-upon installments, with full payment due upon project completion.
- Pricing is as follows:
- Starter Realm: £300
- Growth Realm: £1000
- Pro Realm: £2000
- Realm Guardian Support: £75 per month
4. Package Upgrades Clients can upgrade their package at any time to the next level by paying the difference between the current package and the upgraded package price. For example:
- If upgrading from Starter Realm (£300) to Growth Realm (£1000), the cost would be £700 (the £1000 Growth Realm price minus the £300 already paid for Starter Realm).
- Similar calculations will apply for upgrading to the Pro Realm.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property Once payment is complete, all deliverables, including website design, content, and custom graphics, will be transferred to the client. Mystic Realm Studio reserves the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Revisions and Additional Work Packages include a certain number of revisions as detailed in the service description. Any revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately. Changes to the original brief may also incur additional costs.
7. Support and Maintenance Each package includes varying levels of support:
- Starter Realm includes 3 months of support.
- Growth Realm adds 6 months of extended support.
- Pro Realm includes 12 months of full support.
- Realm Guardian ongoing maintenance is charged at £75 per month, ensuring your site remains secure and up-to-date.
8. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and all necessary content (text, images, etc.) to ensure the project progresses according to schedule. Delays in communication or content delivery may impact the final delivery date.
9. Refund Policy The £100 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Refunds on any other payments made will only be considered in the event that Mystic Realm Studio fails to deliver the agreed-upon services. Once work has commenced, refunds are not typically issued.
10. Deadlines and Delivery We aim to complete projects within the time frame agreed upon at the project’s start. However, delays caused by the client, including slow communication or changes to the project brief, may extend the delivery time.
11. Termination of Services Either party may terminate the contract at any time with 30 days written notice. If the client terminates after work has begun, the client will be liable for any completed work up to the termination date.
12. Marketing and Promotion By engaging Mystic Realm Studio, you agree to allow us to feature your completed website in our portfolio, including on our website and social media, unless a written request to opt out is made.
